Staying fit with sports makes maintaining a balance between health and studies easier for athletes like George S. Langan. Tips like these can help you apply the practice to your own life: ·          Experiment Just because you played tennis as a kid and didn’t like it doesn’t mean you hate sports, and you might love playing sports even if you don’t like watching them on television. George S. Langan is a student at Bowdoin College who’s earning his Bachelor’s degree with a double major. He’s also a motivated scholar athlete, an active volunteer and a member of the Bowdoin College Judicial Board, and he says he loves to travel whenever he has the free time. George S. Langan: High School Years

George S. Langan is an active college student who’s interested in engineering, technology, finance, consulting and law, among other fields. He graduated from Cazenovia High School in 2015 with an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors after four years as an award-winning scholar athlete. There, he was involved with lacrosse, football, wrestling and indoor track, among other sports. Mr. Langan also served as the President of the largest student-run community service organization in town, Project CafĂ©, during his high school years.
